These are just some of the
amazing stories of babies,
toddlers, and preschoolers
learning to read across America
using "Your Baby Can Read!".
Our daughter Melinda enjoyed your video immensely from about 6 months old,
and was soon laughing, clapping, and saying the words with the video and in
books! The moving arrows easily teach the flow of the letters in reading to
make a word. . . .
At age 5 1/2, Melinda entered kindergarten and was tested . . . reading at a
3rd grade level. She was formally identified as gifted. Melinda was advanced
to 1st grade . . .
I believe that your videos have had much to do with her advanced learning,.
Thank you for creating a unique product! It has helped fill our daughter's
mind with wonderful things.

Little Ashton BIG reader
The "Your Baby Can Read" video series was given to us as a gift when our
son, Ashton, was four months old. We immediately started him on the series
and because he enjoyed them so much we continue still today! . . . Ashton is
now fifteen months old and knows all his body parts, he was an early talker
and can READ!!!! Ashton has 28 words in his daily vocabulary and for the
past week or two he adds about 1-3 every several days. Most of the words he
says he also READS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ashton reads and says many words he doesn't yet have use for such as
gorilla, he still points at the word and says "gowilla" (he also says this
when he sees a gorilla). This proves to me that he learned it, it's
permanently with him helping him to understand written language. The thing I
am happiest about is his eagerness and enjoyment of learning.
I couldn't be more impressed!! I will use this method for all my children
and I recommend them to everyone!!!!
Thank you for teaching my child,
Melissa E.
I am a big believer in your product. I used it with both of my own children
who are 4 and 2 years old now. I even use it with the children in my home
daycare now. My four year old is reading books already. She read her first
words aloud at 11 months. At 2 years, Caty was reading many individual
words. Most of her book reading is based on her incredible ability to learn
individual words. Once she's learned a word from one book, she remembers it
and can quickly identify it from any other book, but gets stumped on
unfamiliar words. She is beginning to be able to decode the unfamiliar words
though which is most amazing of all. She's beginning to actually sound words
out to decode them on her own.
Thanks,
Heidi S. Adrian, MI
My son began watching Your Baby Can Read when he was 8 weeks old. He is now 3 1/2 years and was recently tested and reads at grade level 1 grade 6
months.
Thank you.

My son can read!
Thank you so much for a wonderful product. We have the first two videos and
my 2 1/2 year old son has been watching them since he was born. He
absolutely loves them. He is reading easy readers and I'm so proud of him. I
love to tell other parents that my son can read! You should see the look on
their faces!
Thank you so very much. Keep up the great work!

Dear Dr. Titzer,
I have an amazing story about my daughter, Camerin. I purchased your volume
1 video for her when she was three months old. I followed your instructions
on how to view the video. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical in the
beginning. I thought perhaps I was starting her on the video at too young of
age (three months). She became instantly mesmerized the first time she saw
the video. She was hooked. By the time she was five months old I decided to
make flash cards for her and present them to her three times a day for
thirty seconds each time everyday and have her view your video twice a day
everyday. Camerin was reading so well by 15 months, it literally shocked
people. We would be out in public and she would read signs, billboards,
advertisements, etc. By the time she was 24 months old Camerin was reading
books on her own (Dr. Seuss, Sandra Boynton, toddlers books, etc.) Well,
Camerin will be five years old this June and I've got to tell you, she still
amazes me. Just recently, Camerin's preschool teacher ecided to test her,
mostly out of curiosity, to see what reading level Camerin is at. Camerin is
reading at a 5th grade level with 4th grade comprehension. This is very hard
for me to believe. It's just so amazing.
Thank you so much for your videos, your work and your belief in children. I
don't think I will ever be able to thank you enough. By the way, you have
beautiful daughters. Thank you again.
Sincerely,
Michelle S.
I purchased the video set when my daughter was about 9 months old and I
think they are wonderful. It definitely caught my daughters attention but I
didn't really know to what extent it had helped her read until now. My
daughter will be 4 years old November 12 and she is now reading between a
2nd and 3rd grade level. . . keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
Iris H.
You¹re great! I just wanted to say that my four year old son watched from
the time he was three months old, and by the time he was two he was reading
signs in the stores and signs on the streets. He is now four and he is in
preschool. He is reading I would guess around a first or second grade level.
He naturally has learned to sound things out and 9 out of 10 times he is
either right on the money or darn close.
I would recommend these videos to anyone. Our now 11 month old son loves
watching them as much as his older brother did. I cannot express how awesome
it is to watch my son read things to his older cousins, and do it with
hardly a blink of an eye, it has made learning in general so far for him
come so much more easily, I think that this could really help him and other
children to learn things quickly with maybe not so many struggles. It really
amazes people when they see a four year old reading. It is the best feeling
being the parent of that child, knowing you helped them get there, even if
it was just by buying a few videos and reading with them. Thank you for all
you do and keep up the good work.
Sincerely,
Stephanie P.
"Your Baby Can Read!" is engaging and fun for toddlers. The characters are
easy for children to identify with and there is plenty of repetition to aid
the learning process. The video is a delightful addition to the tools available for parents who want to stimulate their child¹s cognitive development.
Carolynne Manka, Ph.D.
I really believe it is possible. I think what Dr. Titzer has done is an
excellent idea.
....we have known for many, many years that infant stimulation is a real
appropriate educational process.

Dr. Titzer's videos have been nothing less than amazing. We started showing
them to our daughter at about 6 months. She's now 15 months and has been
able to read the words from the video plus other words since about 9 months
of age. She can read probably 30-40 words now and is eager to do more.
We've made it a game and she can't get enough of it.
Thank you,

This past August I adopted a 14 month old child from the Ukraine. She did
not understand one word of English and only heard Russian. Luckily I heard
about your tapes. I show them to Sasha twice a day. She is now 23 months old
and reads better than she can speak. I recommend your tapes to EVERYONE with a young child. Thank you so much.

2 months old: We started letting Nathaniel watch the Volume 1 video and he
seemed to pay attention. He was especially alert during the songs.
6 months old: Nathaniel would watch the tape at least one time a day. He
enjoyed the video so much that he would cry when the video went off and my
husband would have to rewind the tape so he could watch it again. When I
came home from work, Nathaniel would cry to see the video again.
9 months old: He knew the location of all his body parts, such as head,
shoulders, knees and toes and would touch his body parts when asked. He was
responsive to some words on flashcards, but not enough for us to tell if he
could actually read them.
13 months old: We also noticed that Nathaniel would recognize certain words
in the aisle of the grocery store, such as "puppy" in Puppy Chow and "pink"
in Pink moisturizer.
18 months old: I took all of the words from the videotapes and put them in 3
index card binders for Nathaniel to have as books. Nathaniel would always have one of the binders with him at all times. He would read the words for anyone who
would ask. When he went for his 1_ check-up, he read for the doctor and the
nurses. He also went to his brother¹s school and read words written on the
chalkboard for his brother¹s fifth grade class. To introduce Nathaniel to new
words, we would only have to show him the word written once and he would remember it.
Nathaniel is now 2 years old and not a day goes by without him doing
something that¹s amazing to us. As far as object identification, word
identification, singing songs, playing the piano, reading books and reading
words from closed caption, and using the computer, you name it and with the
proper motivation, Nathaniel can do it. Thank you for giving us a
foundation.
Sincerely,
Steven and LaVelle H. Atlanta, GA
This is awfully late, but I wanted to thank you all so much for the speedy
delivery of the Reading videos, I was very impressed. They really are
terrific teaching tools. My little autistic boy loves watching them--Thanks
so much.
Sincerely,
Eleonora
I have shown your videos to our daughter since she was 6 months old. She
began to touch her part of the body about 10 months old.. At first I thought
that she remembered the order of words in the video, however, she touched
her part of the body correctly when I showed her some cards on which there
are only letters.
Thank you very much!
It's really amazing, because we are Japanese and we live in Japan, her
English world is almost only in your videos!
Sincerely yours,
Mayumi Shimizu
My 13-month-old daughter, Lily, began watching the video daily at 5 months.
She read her first word last week, "catch". We are amazed at how quickly her
vocabulary has developed - already over thirty words! She loves "Your Baby
Can Read!" and participates in most of the activities. What a wonderful
product!
Leslie D. - San Antonio, Texas
I ordered your product for my daughter about eight weeks ago. She is 14
months old and can now read: "hi", "baby", "lion", "tiger", "duck", "dog",
and the list is still growing. I am amazed.
MQ D. - United Kingdom
I purchased your video after attending Dr. Titzer¹s early learning workshop
at Borders Books & Music. I¹ve told many of the moms at the groups I go to
about it. My son prefers this video to all his others. He is 18 months old
and repeats all the words in the video. He also puts his arms up and down
when he sees the words "arms up" and "arms down".
Miriam R. - Altamonte Springs, FL
I bought your video when Kathryn was three months old. She turned 10 months
today. To this date, she can clap when the word appears on the screen, she
also blurts out "hi" at the video¹s opening. She can also put her arms up!
Best of all, she responds to the words when printed out and shown to her!
Just by looking at the word "clap" . . . she will do it! ! !
Looking forward to the sequel!
Annette G. - Racine, WI
I like that our 1-year-old enjoys watching this video. He really gets into
it by dancing when the music comes on and then he hops up on the couch to
watch it. He is already pointing to his nose and ears when he sees those
words!
Greg & Hollie P. - Phoenix, AZ
My daughter is 18 months old. I decided after we had the video about 1 1/2
- 2 months that I would make up flash cards on my computer for us to work
with. As I was printing the cards out, the words head, houlders, knees,
toes were coming out of the printer and she started singing that song. I
thought it was a coincidence until she saw the word antelope and said"antelope". She was able to recognize Hi, antelope, chimpanzee, eyes, arms
up, arms down, kick immediately after I printed out the cards. I have told
many fellow moms about your video.
Michele K. - Downers Grove, IL
She really loves watching and pays close attention throughout the whole
video. I love how each word is distinct and clear with the arrow underneath
to show the flow of the word. Overall, I think it is an excellent learning
tool and I look forward to volume two and other language versions.
Sheryl H. - Plano, TX
I purchased your video a couple of weeks ago from a book club. My
14-month-old granddaughter loves it. The minute that the music starts she
smiles. It is really incredible. After just about 2 1/2 weeks she claps and
says ball and bubble appropriately. She is so interested when the video is
on. I can hardly believe it. I am anxious to purchase additional videos
like this.
Thank you,
Rita A. - Book-Of-The-Month-Club customer
Our 13 1/2-month-old son, Adam, just loves your tape that we purchased
about 5 months ago. He pulls the tape from the entertainment center and puts
it in the VCR all by himself.
We are anxiously awaiting a sequel to your tape and ask that you notify us
if / when you have one on the market.
Chris & Kira P. - Vandalia, IL
We watch "Your baby can read" every night when we get home from
work/daycare with our 17-month-old daughter. She calls the video "Aleka" and
we are instructed (by her) to watch it twice ("again"). What other resources
do you have, such as other tapes, that we might look into?
I am going to wait a few more months before testing her reading, but
meanwhile her verbal abilities and vocabulary have increased, and she has
learned other concepts such as "kick" and "catch" and of course, she does"heads, shoulders, knees and toes".
Thanks, you all. We are having a lot of fun.
Kathy S. - Highland, CA
It is exceptional. My 16-month-old son can already read the word "clap".
It is so exciting to witness a new world opening up for him.
Mary L. - Englewood, CO
At 3 years old, Blake could already read little books. We¹re thrilled with
the video!
Judy H. - Independence, LA
Jeffrey loves the video! He has a big smile on his face, especially during
the word "eyes" when Keelin closes her eyes. The songs are also his favorite.
He goes up to the shelf of videos and often asks me to play it for him.
Yuki E. - Hong Kong
I bought your video "Your Baby Can Read!" for my two year old grandson for
Christmas. We can¹t believe our eyes - he is reading words and hasn¹t had
his 3rd birthday yet.
Thank you!
Pamela P.
Your video is absolutely amazing. My daughter loves it. She will be a year
old this week . . . She is already reading. It is so exciting. . . Your
videos have jump-started her understanding that objects have names.
Heidi S. - Adrian, MI
My daughter has been watching your video since she was 4 months old, she is
now 17 months old. It is her favorite video. She recognizes a lot of the
words and can sing every song on the videos. Thank you.

Just received my 5 video set, and I have to say that so far, so good. My
11.5 month old daughter has never watched television and never been
interested in any videos we have put on for her. However, she is enthralled
with the Starter Video, and has watched it twice a day all week. She is
already learning, and by the third day, was easily responding to "clap" and"arms up/down". She looks at my face for nose, mouth and eyes. They sure
learn fast.
Thanks for a great product.

Dear your baby can read,
I wanted to email you with another success story. I went to see Dr. Titzer
when he was in Jacksonville, FL. I bought the videos and the flap book that
same day. My daughter Ally has been watching these videos daily since she
was 3 months old. When we first began the series, Ally was so intrigued by
the videos and would immediately focus her attention on the TV screen. At
times when she was crying or very upset, I would pop in a video and she
would immediately stop crying!
Ally is 15 months old now, has a twenty five word vocabulary and is able to
recognize many words. She says the words aloud when they appear on the
video, before the video narrator even says the word. Ally also performs the
physical aspects of the words she sees.
When Ally was about 10 months old she began acting out the Eensty Weentsy
Spider. I love the flap book! We go through the book at least once per day,
along with other cards I have made. Ally is able to perform the physical
aspect of the words or make an animal sound before actually lifting the flap.
My family and friends are so impressed with the results of the video series.
I love "Your Baby Can Read" and would recommend the video series to
everyone!
Thanks so much,
Tina B. Jacksonville, FL
These are just some of our testimonials. Most are not included here but come
from the phone calls that we receive on a daily basis from parents such as a
mother from Florida who recently told us about her 20-month-old who can now
read Dr. Seuss books cover to cover! and a father from San Diego County who said his 21-month-old baby was reading many baby books. The feedback that we get is incredible! The phone calls, e-mails, and letters from excited parents and grandparents show that "Your Baby Can Read!" is teaching verbal and written language skills to infants and toddlers.
